Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MeraSEO, we are committed to providing top-tier search engine optimization, web development, custom software engineering, and digital marketing solutions. Because our deliverables involve intensive manual labor, strategic research, custom code authoring, and third-party infrastructure allocations, we adhere to the following clear and fair refund and cancellation guidelines.

1. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, SMM, PPC Management)

• Monthly retainer engagements (Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads Management, Social Media Retainers) are billed in advance for each 30-day billing cycle.
• Clients may cancel monthly retainer contracts at any time by providing at least 15 days written notice before the next billing cycle begins via email to pragnesh@meraseo.com.
• Once a monthly cycle has commenced and strategic audit, link acquisition, or campaign optimization work has been performed, payments for that active billing cycle are non-refundable.

2. Milestone-Based Projects (Web Design, Custom Web & Mobile Apps)

• Website design, custom WordPress/Shopify development, and mobile app projects are executed under defined milestone payment stages (typically: Initial Deposit / Architecture Approval / Development / Final Deployment).
• Advance Initiation Deposits: The initial booking deposit covers upfront requirement scoping, wireframing, architecture design, and resource allocation. Once initial scoping is signed off and development has begun, the initiation deposit is non-refundable.
• Milestone Sign-Off: Once a project phase is reviewed, approved, and signed off by the client, the corresponding milestone payment is final and non-refundable.
• In the rare event of project cancellation before milestone completion, billing will be reconciled based on actual developer hours consumed, and any unspent surplus balance will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Third-Party Costs & Non-Refundable Expenses

Direct external expenses paid to third-party providers on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. These include:

• Google Ads / Meta Ads ad-spend paid directly to advertising networks.
• Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and hosting server fees.
• Premium software licenses, WordPress themes, Elementor plugins, or third-party APIs.

4. Dispute Resolution & Contact
